User Data Deletion

1. Open 247Braiders and sign in. 2. Go to Account Settings. 3. Tap Delete Account and confirm. This deletes your 247Braiders account, profile, photos and personal data, and disconnects Facebook if you connected it. We keep only records we must keep by law (for example payment and tax records).

If you cannot sign in, email 247braiders@gmail.com from the email address or phone number on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm your identity and delete your data within 30 days.

Professionals who connected Facebook to run ads can remove that data in either of these ways: • In 247Braiders: Promote on Facebook & Instagram → Disconnect. This revokes our access on Facebook and deletes the stored access token and connection. • On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → find 247Braiders → Remove. Facebook tells us, and we automatically delete the data we received from Facebook for your account: your Facebook user ID and name, access token, selected ad account and Page, and the ad records we stored. You will get a confirmation code you can check on this page.

Account and profile details, photos, portfolio, saved professionals, messages you sent (shown as removed to the other person), notification settings, and any Facebook connection and ad records. Ads already created on your own Meta ad account stay in your Meta Ads Manager, where you control them.
